Reasons why you "should":

1. Pikachu Region can get a domain name and keep it. So instead of http://pikachuregion.co.cc, we can have http://pikachuregion.com which is much better
2. I can buy products or something that I can use to improve Pikachu Region.
3. Pikachu Region can get new things like vBulletin Forums and Chat systems
4. I can buy servers and things to keep all of Pikachu Region's pages and images on them in case the host's server dies or something bad happens
